Down 1 pound this week. Total loss of 12.5 pounds!
Postives: Exercised 3 times - 1 hour each time. Made some good choices with food.
Negatives: Ate more than planned on Easter day. Went crazy on Thursday and ate a bag of chips, chocolate cake, chicken wings. Out of control.
Goals for this week: Exercise a minimum of 6 hours. Make salads ahead of time, plan, organize. Avoid stores except for Fruit/Veg Market as other stores have 1/2 price Easter chocolates on sale. Hoping for a 2.5 pound loss.
