Not doing the best at avoiding the Easter chocolate sales!!!! Why do I think its soooo great when I see them half price. Can't I keep my mind on my goals? Time to "refocus". My eating has been not so great.
Am doing much better in the exercise area though. Have worked myself up to 4o minutes on the elliptical at the gym! Then I cool down with a 20 minute bike ride. Generally burn about 650 calories in the process. Going to the gym will be a bit harder when dh and kids get back this week from visiting his family.
How can I keep focused? I lose my way so easily....
